People also forget to mention the tax rates in those “better” countries. The UK is pushing a 50% income tax. Denmark, often heralded as a shining example of government care, is at 74%. I don’t know about you, but I could purchase a lot of health care on my own for that kind of money, and have full discretion over the kind of care I receive to boot.
